Please find below our terms and conditions for our cleaning services.

Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

The Client must ensure the area is vacuumed prior to arrival. Failure to do so will result in further charges.

The Client must ensure that any breakable or valuable items/vehicles are to be removed not only from the room in question but from all workable/access areas both inside and outside the premises.

The Client must ensure we're made aware of any items that need moving at the quoting stage, Sofas, beds etc...

The Client must make us aware of stains at booking, Some stains may not come out but we are fully trained in advance spot stain removal and carry a variety of products to tackle these.

Pricing

We reserve the right to amend the initial quotation, should the customer’s original requirements change.

Access

The customer is responsible for providing access to their property at the scheduled time. If we are unable to gain access to the property, as a result of customer failure to make reasonable arrangements for access, we will request the full cancellation fee (the cost of the job).

The customer must provide sufficient lighting, electricity and running water at the premises where the cleaning service is conducted. Failure to provide these will result in the job being cancelled so we will request the full cancellation fee (the cost of the job).

The customer must provide a good-sized parking space to allow a hose run from the van to the premises without having to pass over roads and in the direct vicinity of the premises.

Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing by ourselves, payment is required on the completion of the work and before we leave the premises. Cash and Card payments are accepted as well as BACS payments. BACS payments must be made once the job has been completed.

Cancellations

Please take into consideration that late cancellations affect our business as may be difficult to replace the booking slot at short notice. Due to this 48 hours notice is required.

The customer can cancel the scheduled service by giving prior notice 48 hours before the confirmed booking time without incurring any cancellation fees.

For cancellations later than 48 hours notice; £20 fee will be requested.

We reserve the right to refuse any service if the condition of the property is hazardous to the health and well-being of our operatives.

We have the right to cancel or reschedule a service in cases where an accident or any unexpected circumstances have befallen the assigned member of our team.

Rescheduling

As with cancellations, the customer can reschedule the appointment by giving prior notice 48 hours before the confirmed booking time without incurring any rescheduling fees.

As with cancellations, £20 fee will be requested if less than 48 hours’ notice is given.

Claims

All services shall be deemed to have been carried out to the Client’s satisfaction unless written notice is received by ourselves with details of the complaint within 24 hours of the work being completed. We will fully investigate any complaint and attempt to resolve it to the satisfaction of the Client, or alternatively to a reasonable standard.

We take high measures to prevent any damage however in the case of damage, proven to be caused by ourselves we will repair the item at its cost. If the item cannot be repaired we will rectify the problem by crediting the customer with the item’s present actual cash value toward a like for like replacement.
