Because it is difficult to assess how much time it will take to restore an image before seeing it, we offer a free evaluation and will contact you to discuss restoration of your images before begining work on them.

How to Order:

There are 3 ways you can send your photographs to us.

By Post:

Please ensure all items are sent by recorded delivery and suitably packaged. Removing frames and glass is advised, unless doing so may cause further damage. Your original photos will be handled with great care and are scanned onto our system for digital restoration. No changes are made to your original photos.

Please send your photos along with your name, address, phone number and any additional instructions to the following address:

By Email:

For best results we recommend sending by post so that we can scan your images using our professional equipment. However you can scan and email your photos to contact@flawlessphotography.co.uk if you prefer.

Please scan at a high resolution (600dpi+)

Remember to include your name, address and phone number along with any additional instructions.

Collection

We offer a personal collection service if you are unhappy to send your photographs through the post. The minimum collection charge is £10 and varies based on your location.
